1. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase:-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Next” button.
  6. Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “Next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

2. Do I need to register to place an order?
Yes!  By creating an account with Boxy Posh, all your details will be saved and that will make your purchases easier and quicker.  Using your login username & password, you don’t need to enter your address and other information, which will save you plenty of time.  Your wish list will also store all the items which were added to help you manage your shopping.  All orders go through a secure server that ensures the buyer that all order information is kept 100% private, and WILL NOT EVER be given to other companies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

3. What payment methods available?
As for Malaysian customers, payment can be made through Internet Banking Fund Transfer or Cash Deposit to our RHB Bank.
– Payment by credit card, PayPal will be the sole payment method we accepted so far.
– Other international customers, PayPal will be the sole payment method we accepted so far.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We use a PayPal integrated system for payments. PayPal offerings worldwide: VISA / MASTER / American Express / Union / Discover / Switch / Solo / Giropay / Electronic cash / PayPal / PayPal online payment system has advanced security to prevent e-commerce frauds, therefore PayPal system is secure and successful online transfer system.

*Note : As we use PayPal Standard Integrated system, we do not have any access to credit card information of our customers.  All credit card information of the income payments are safely encrypted by PayPal Company.

4. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

5. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

6. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Sorry but it is not possible.

Please send an email to us at order@boxyposh.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

Note : Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

 

7. What is the product’s transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia)

 

8. How long the delivery does usually takes?
Once shipped most orders take for delivery usually will within 3 – 5 working days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

** This estimation time is calculated based on overall successful deals from our previous customers; you might receive the parcel late due to custom checking, out of stock issue or late delivery by the courier company too and/or due to Festive day/month.  Your understanding is highly appreciated.

9. How much is the delivery?
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on your total order amount. Below are the rates for your reference:

10. What are your general sizes?
We have a Size Guide and a product sizing information located in the drop down menu below each product description. Measured using inches / cm and provide bust, waist, hips and length measurements.

12.What is the shipping method & how do I track my package’s status?
Shipping method usually by Pos Laju Malaysia.

You will receive an email when your parcel is shipped.  The email will contain your tracking number and courier company to be used.  Please check your spam/junk box or “Promotions” folder if you are using a Gmail account.  For those customers that have placed order on Facebook, tracking number will be send to your inbox in facebook messenger.
